MyTour làm dịch vụ rất tốt, giá cả hợp lý. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, lịch sự. Tôi sẽ chọn dịch vụ của Mytour những lần đi du lịch sắp tới.
Treo giá ảo, xử lý chậm
Mình book FLC Luxury Quy Nhơn thì hiển thị giá thấp. Thanh toán xong xuôi thì gọi điện báo khách sạn báo lại giá cao hơn nên thu thêm 280k. Thanh toán xong 280k. Chiều đến nhận phòng tại khách sạn thì khách sạn báo bên My tour chưa thanh toán. Phải gọi tổng đài và chờ my tour thanh toán xong cho khách sạn để lấy phòng.

Kém quá kém
Làm việc chụp giật, nhận tiền xac nhận ok, xac nhan đặt phòng nhưng ko đặt, chiếm dụng tiền dich vu dat phòng cua khách hàng.
